Sardinia

Down to Earth with Zac Efron on Netflix

Rating: 9/10

Summary

This is the fourth episode in the series. The series follows Zac and Darin around the world as they search for healthy and sustainable ways to live. This episode focuses on longevity. Zac and Darin discover the characteristics that centenarians share related to diet and cognitive abilities. The episode then takes you into an Italian kitchen that uses some ancient cooking methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Zac then gets to chat with a man (Francesco) from the community who is 97 years old. Francesco goes on walks that include steep hills and steps three times a day (0.25 miles round trip for one walk). From steep steps to rolling hills, this episode covers the best ways to maintain a healthy and happy life. Overall, I really liked this episode and it gave off warm fuzzy feelings.
