During my time down in Orlando, I figured it would be worthwhile to become an Annual Passholder at Universal. I met some other DCPs online who were also interested in being Universal Annual Passholders. I went to Universal with two girls named Grace and Isabella, and this guy named Leo. Everyone was super nice! We ended up meeting another group of DCPs of guys named Gavin, Kyle, and Nicky. I ended up being quite friendly with the group of guys and Isabella. I also went with Grace other times to Universal, she is really cool! I ended up getting the Power Pass which gave me access to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, 50% off parking, and access to special events and concerts. The rides I went on included Fast & Furious - Supercharged (kind of lame), Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure (I was not prepared for this one), Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack, Revenge of the Mummy (I was not prepared for this one as well), The Simpsons Ride (made me sick), Hogwarts Express, Storm Force Accelatron, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, Shrek 4-D, and TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D. I had a fun two days exploring the parks with my new friends. However, I am not a roller coaster type of person (I hate heights) and my friends convinced me that I would be able to handle Hagrid's and Revenge of the Mummy which I was not able to handle and did not enjoy. I would maybe consider going on Hagrid's again because of the detailed theming but not Revenge of the Mummy. Overall, Universal is fun and I can go a few times but nothing compares to the magic of Disney. After the first day at Universal, we went to the Polynesian for dole whip and fireworks. Let me tell you the best place to watch the fireworks is at the Polynesian with a cup of dole whip in your hand.
