The first day after our arrival (January 22, 2020) Abby, Alexa, Hannah, Katie, and I explored the resorts together (Kayla was doing other things with her parents). We did not have access to the parks for free yet since we did not go through orientation, training, and traditionals. We had a few days before we would get our Blue IDs which would give us a self admission pass. In the meantime, we made the most of what we could do. We began by driving to Disney Springs to park the car and hopped onto a bus which took us to Disney's Port Orleans Resort. This was my first time at the this resort and I got bengies. I loved the atmosphere and the bengies. I ordered three bengies but one would have been enough (they are very filling). The resort was gorgeous and the theme was evident everywhere. Next we took a bus that brought us to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. At the resort, we ran into another group of new DCPs and were able to chat with them for a bit. We walked around the resort and then we took a boat to Disney's Magic Kingdom. We were not able to go inside the park but we took pictures outside of the park. After we took another boat over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. We walked around the resort and got Dole Whip. Afterwards, we took the monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort. We walked around the resort and enjoyed the outside as a photo shoot area. From there we took a bus to Epcot and from outside of Epcot we went to Disney Springs to fetch our car. After our busy day filled with exploring, I was happy to go home and finish unpacking.
